ENTEK provides non-contributory coverage for both short term and long term disability income. Short term benefits begin after a 15 day calendar waiting period and the coverage is available for up to 11 weeks after the waiting period.

If a disability continues beyond 90 days, long term disability benefits will be paid. Monthly benefits are equal to a minimum of 50% of monthly earnings.

Benefits for both short and long term disability income are based on the employees wages at the time the disability began.
